How do you use the Brushy?

To achieve optimal results, we recommend using short and gentle strokes that move from your pet's neck to tail, while avoiding less furry areas like the stomach.

Adjust the pressure carefully based on your pet's tolerance level.

When massaging bony areas such as hip bones and spine, take extra care to avoid applying too much pressure.

Remember to always use this technique on a dry coat for the best results.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Is the Brushy painful to use?

Absolutely not! We've engineered our Brushy product with your pet's ultimate comfort in mind, so rest assured that using our product will not cause any discomfort.

The Brushy features 51 thoughtfully sized rubberized bristles, which provide a gentle yet effective massage to your pet's skin and coat, while effectively eliminating any loose topcoat, dander, dirt, or sand that may be present.

How do I get hair out of the Brushy?

Retrieving fur, dander, and dirt from your Brushy has never been easier!

Simply move the slide back to retract the edges, and then you can
effortlessly clean your Brushy's surface instantly.

Which dog breeds is the Brushy designed for?

At Brushy, we created our product with versatility in mind, making it suitable for all dog breeds.

Our adjustable comb ensures that the Brushy is highly effective regardless of your pet's fur coat type.

As a general rule, the Brushy will remove more hair with longer coats, so you can count on our product to tackle even the thickest coats with ease.

Is the Brushy exclusively designed for dogs, or can it be used on other animals such as cats or horses?

Absolutely!

While the Brushy was designed with dogs in mind, its versatile design makes it suitable for use on a wide range of animals, including cats, horses, and more.

Regardless of your furry friend's breed or species, the Brushy's adjustable comb and specially designed bristles make it a highly effective tool for removing loose fur, dirt, and dander, leaving your pet's coat looking and feeling its best.

How much does shipping cost?

We will always offer free Australia wide shipping!

What are your shipping times?

Good things are worth the wait! However, we will try our absolute best to get your order to you as soon as possible. 

Australia: 1 - 3 Business Days (via Australia Post at arrival)

New Zealand: 2 - 5 Business Days (via NZ Post at arrival)

What are your processing times? 

This varies on seasonal periods, however we aim to process all orders between 1 - 3 business days.

Can I change my shipping address?

We will try and change your shipping address if you have contacted us within 24 hours.

You can contact us here to change your shipping address.

The more information the better so please make sure you provide us your order number and correct address.

How can I track my order?

You'll get an email with tracking info and a link to the shipping carrier's website once your package is shipped.

If there's an issue with tracking or delivery, contact us here or the courier directly.

Tracking info may take 1-4 days to appear after your order has been shipped.

I didn't receive my tracking email?

Didn't receive your email? No worries, please contact us here and we will fix your issue as soon as possible!

Why is my package delayed?

We are only human, and sometimes things may be out of our control! Please contact us here and we will resolve any issues that we have control over. 

How do I return my order? 

Please let us know here what is upsetting you here and we will help you out.

Please include your name as specified when you placed your order as well as your order number.

My order arrived damaged? 

If your product arrived damaged, please send us a message with your name as specified when you purchased, your order number as well as a photo of your damaged product and we will rectify the problem ASAP!

Will all my items be sent in the same package?

Yes! We have well built out packaging processes that ensures all items are delivered to our customers in one package.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind, please contact us here as soon as possible and we will try and cancel your order.

The more information the better so please make sure you provide us your order number when contacting us here.

We'll try our best to cancel your order if you have contacted us within our standard 1 – 3 days processing timeframe.

If you missed this timeframe, don't stress, we will work diligently with you to organise a return or full refund.

Can I buy multiple products in the one order?

Of course! Just make sure to add all your products to your shopping cart and then checkout accordingly.

Why haven't I received my refund yet?
